WEll i forgot to update, it turns out I didnt do my leg workout. But everything else is going good. I did my back/bicep workout on monday, and im happy to say that the problem i noticed before between my left arm and right arm is mostly cleared up(on the last few sets my left arm still couldn't get all 6 reps while my right one could). The back part went good and I felt good about it.

Its about 4:00pm, and Im beat. I had marching band yesterday from 9:00am-3:00pm, which sucked, so i skipped cardio since we ran during that practice. Then today we only had it 9:00-12:00, but im beat, I got home and had a nice lunch, but im about ready to go to bed right now, so I might have to do my leg day tomorrow instead of shoulders. That means no shoulder day but with marching band I have to hold up my instrument so long, i fear that i might be to sore for marching band, which wouldnt be good, but im definately going to do it next week.

This is a journal for yesterday, and im going to do one for the day before that too, because i didnt have time. Yesterday I did windsprints, it wasn't to bad, it was like the last time. Everything seemed ok, but i skipped the weight gainer. |

So today was my first chest and tricep day on the new eating plan. I think the workout itself went really well. I did Flat benceh(5 sets <=6 reps), then dumbbell incline bench (5 sets <=6 reps), then decline bench(5 sets <=6 reps). On the decline I felt extremely weak, my right thumb was kind of hurting but i finished up the sets, but had to use a lower weight than i initially thought. Then i moved onto triceps. I started with standing pulldown things(5 sets <= 6 reps), then did an overhead dumbbell tricep extension(5 sets <= 6 reps), and then i tried my flatbench close grip. On my close grip I was all burnt out, i could barely get the bar off with only 85 pounds. So i did 2 sets and then did the tricep exercises that Ken had shown me. Other than the end i thought it was a good workout.
